RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
To reserve any Tour, a 50% deposit of the total amount due is required. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full, al least 60 days prior departure.
For Galapagos cruises, a 50% deposit of the total amount per passenger is necessary in order to confirm any reservation. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full, at least 60 days prior departure date.
Payments could be made by personal check, cash, PayPal request or US bank wire transfer.
Payable in U.S. Dollars. Price lists are subject to change without further notice.
CANCELATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES
Any refund will be made and cancelled through the customer agency where the passenger contracted the tour or expedition.
Up to 120 days before departure, with a USD 50.-penalty
Up to 90 days before departure, 75% of total amount will be refunded (no less than USD 50.-
Up to 60 days before the departure, there is NO REFUNDS.
Total refunds are subject to emergency & medical reasons, upon receipt of acceptable and official medical proofs of sickness. In case of one or more passengers pulling out, once the tour has commenced, there will be no refund for unused services, and EXPLORADIVING S.A. is released from any responsibility assumed in the contracted service.
ACCEPTANCE OF PASSANGERS
EXPLORADIVING S.A. reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any person as individual or member of a group if the presence of that person is detrimental to the good conduct of the tour or contrary to the prevailing laws and regulations to the country.
EXPLORADIVING S.A. presumes that all signed up for their tours have act according to their own will and are in good health and physical condition.
EXPLORADIVING S.A. can establish limits regarding the weight, number, kind or size of passenger luggage. In case of air transportation, we are subject to IATA regulations.
Travel insurance for Scuba Diving tours and programs is mandatory.
